Improving Trust through Conversational Intelligence

Presented by Joy W. Goldman, RN, MS, PCC

ICF MD Baltimore Regional Group Meeting
September 15, 2016 • 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

7301 Travertine Drive, #402
Baltimore, MD 21209

Based on the work of Judith Glaser and her book: “Conversational Intelligence: How Great Leaders Build Trust & Get Extraordinary Results

We are in conversations every day and research shows that 9/10 conversations miss the mark. Sometimes people may say, “I don’t have time to spend in deep conversations – they take too long.” By mastering Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ), what normally could take months or even years, can happen instantaneously. Conversational Intelligence enables deeper connections to surface quickly with others.

C-IQ provides a new innovative framework for understanding how conversations shape our relationships, partnerships, our culture and our reality. Conversational Intelligence is based on Neuroscience Research- specifically the Neuroscience of Conversations. You literally learn what is happening in your brains moment to moment. C-IQ provides us with deep understanding about how every conversation has an impact on our brains, and with this understanding, we can prime our conversations for impact.

This session has pre-work that will deepen your experience during the event. Please register at least one week prior to the session.
