Getting What You Want:
Setting and Maintaining Boundaries with Others

Presented by: Mark Sachs

Thursday, June 9, 2016
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

When we effectively set boundaries and limits with others, it has a huge impact on our ability to have productive work and personal relationships. Doing so can be very empowering, and it includes telling others what we want from them and then staying with those decisions once we’ve made them. When we do this we take better care of ourselves, maintain our self-respect, and increase the likelihood that we will have more control over our lives. We often see our coaching clients having difficulty setting them, not to mention that we may have boundary issues with our clients.

In the session, you will learn the basics of effective boundary setting and you will be provided with the Boundaries Handbook that Mark has written.
