Session Description:
In this interactive session, I will share how my personal and professional journey led to the creation of the UnlockU framework, a coaching-centered model designed to help individuals and teams gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with purpose. The session will explore why authenticity is essential in coaching, how lived experience can inform, but not overpower, the coaching process, and how coaches can develop a framework that is aligned with their values, voice, and impact.

Participants will walk away with practical insight into how to show up authentically as a coach while maintaining professional coaching standards, creating client-centered spaces, and honoring each client’s unique growth journey.
