Explore with Ann-Marie and colleagues the importance of mindfulness in developing a growth mindset (aka Carol Dweck) and how it all pertains to coaching. Together we will learn and experience three mindfulness meditations to utilize for our clients and ourselves. Included will be the benefits of mindfulness with antidotes to a stress-filled life will be shared including research from Ann-Marie’s Three Treasures Practice and Study. Please come with questions and a curious mind!

Biography

Ann-Marie is an MCC Mindfulness and Wellness Coach, Buddhist Chaplain and Licensed Psychotherapist. She has created The Mindfulness Coaching School, anICF-ACSTH approved school, where she interweaves engaged mindfulness, positive psychology, wellness, and leading edge coaching business principles.

Ann-Marie has trained over 1,500 coaching students through ICF approved classes and coached over 1,000 individuals in the private sector. These clients range from entrepreneurs, corporate executives, psychotherapists, professors, social activists, doctors, stay-at-home Moms and Dads, physicists... her range is deep and wide. She loves diversity!She is committed is helping coaches of all levels to live lives of intention, purpose and contribution.
